On-site investigation of projects to bid, subcontractor research, and all other activities to produce a bid proposal.
Oversight of projects from beginning to final payment. Includes coordination with owners, meeting as required, and coordination with on-site superintendent to assure timely progress as well as compliance with the plans and specifications.
To manage the daily sequencing of the work in accordance with the plans and specifications.
To manage and coordinate the daily activities of the equipment on the job.
Operate equipment on the jobs. Union membership is required.
Make on-site repairs and maintenance on a daily basis as necessary.
Perform various tasks such as pipe installation crew, raking, shoveling, and other general labor work.
